George T. Gost
Mr. Gost practices business and commercial litigation, including bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 matters. He also has experience in landlord-tenant and unlawful detainer matters. Prior to law school, Mr. Gost worked as a collector of secured and unsecured debt. Mr. Gost received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge in 1988, where he majored in real estate and finance. In 1993, he earned his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento. Mr. Gost has been active in the Valley Industry and Commerce Association, the Southern California Mortgage Bankers Association (SCMBA) and the Equipment Leasing Association, as well as the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Gost has lectured on business litigation and judgment enforcement matters. His most recent presentation, "Collection of Mortgage Deficiencies," was before the SCMBA. He is also licensed to practice law in Colorado.
