Jeannine E. DelMonte's practice areas focus on business and commercial litigation, including equipment leasing, bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation.

Ms. DelMonte also handles significant appellate work, for both appellants and respondents. Her most recent appellate case is Lease Corporation of America v. Ice Specialty Entertainment Inc. (2003) Cal. App. Unpub. Lexis 2647.

Ms. DelMonte received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she participated in the honors program and was on the Dean's List. She earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School where she competed in moot court and participated in the Legal Assistance for Urban Communities Legal Clinic.

She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of California, for the Central and Northern Districts.
