Mary M. Park concentrates her legal practice on commercial and business litigation, including equipment leasing and consumer credit collections for large financial institutions. Ms. Park received her undergraduate degree in 1998 from the University of California, Los Angeles. She earned her law degree cum laude from Southwestern University School of Law in 2001, in the top 10%. During law school she was managing editor of the Southwestern University Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honors Program. She also scored an impressive 1st Place Brief in the John J. Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition. In addition, Ms. Park held top positions in the Criminal Law Society and Women’s Law Society. Before joining the firm, Ms. Park garnered extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, handling a variety of business, commercial, probate, real estate and entertainment cases. She also enjoyed significant general counsel experience, providing advice to clients on regulatory, employment and compliance issues.
