Nathan H. Harris
Nathan H. Harris’s practice areas concentrate on business and commercial litigation, including equipment leasing, consumer credit collections for large financial institutions. He also handles bankruptcy litigation in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 matters. Mr. Harris received his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University. He earned his law degree from Hastings College of Law in 1972 and was admitted to practice that same year. Mr. Harris has been a contributor to the well regarded “Action Guide: Enforcing Civil Money Judgments,” by Richard L. Enkelis, which is published by the CEB. A seasoned litigator with more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Harris has served as a judge pro tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court since January 2000. He also is admitted to the U.S. District Court of California, Central District.
