Ninette R. Wassef
Ninette R. Wassef’s practice areas concentrate on business and commercial litigation, including equipment leasing, and consumer credit collections for large financial institutions. Ms. Wassef received her undergraduate degree in 1997 from the University of California, Los Angeles. She earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law School in 2000, where she was a member of the Poverty Law and Policy Law Journal, as well as working on behalf of clients through the law school’s Domestic Violence Clinic. Ms. Wassef has handled successful appeals, notably Waller v. Avis Rent-a-Car System, Inc., 2005 WL 2660385 (Cal.App. 4th Dist. Unpub). Ms. Wassef is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Unfair Competition and Antitrust and Litigation Sections, as well as the American Bar Association. Ms. Wassef is also admitted to U.S. District Court of California, Central District.
