David M. Kritzer

David M. Kritzer concentrates his legal practice on commercial and business litigation, including consumer credit collections for large financial institutions and equipment lessors.

Mr. Kritzer received his undergraduate degree in 1990 from the University of California, San Diego. He earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1993. During law school he participated in the London abroad program. Mr. Kritzer also was a member of the Moot Court Board and co-chairman of the school’s annual Dalsimer Moot Court Competition.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Kritzer had more than fourteen years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including seven years assisting small businesses primarily within the areas of consumer law and collection law.

Mr. Kritzer also is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court of California, for the Central District.
